Royal Ascot is the most auspicious horse racing event of the year. Come and watch horses compete for a total prize fund of £5m on the famous Berkshire track on the Ascot racecourse. With a capacity for 80,000 spectators, Ascot racecourse is the place to be for horse racing enthusiasts and the perfect venue for corporate hospitality. On each of the five days of the races, the Queen arrives in a royal procession in full view of the spectators, and it is this royal flavouring that gives this event the edge over other dates on the horse racing calendar.

Dress Code

Ladies should wear formal dress with a hat or substantial fascinator to be accepted in the Royal Enclosure. Off the shoulder, halter neck, spaghetti straps and dresses with a strap of less than one inch or miniskirts are unsuitable. Midriffs must be covered and trouser suits must be full length and of matching material and colour.

Gentlemen are required to wear either black or grey morning dress, including a waistcoat, with a top hat. A gentleman may remove his top hat within a restaurant, a private club or that facility's terrace, balcony or garden. Hats may also be removed within any enclosed external seating area within the Royal Enclosure garden.

Overseas visitors are welcome to wear the formal national dress of their country or Service dress.

Ladies and Gentleman not complying with the above dress regulations will be asked to leave the Royal Enclosure and will be relieved of their Royal Enclosure badge.

Royal Ascot Village

This hospitality package will include:

  • Four-course luncheon, served starter and main followed by dessert and cheese from contemporary lozenge stations

Sandringham Restaurant Hospitality Package

This hospitality package will include:
